Dr. Doreen Efeti Effange, DHSc, MPH, MBA, PMP, MCHES is the Founder and Executive Director of the Ndome Foundation, where she leads the organization's mission to advance health, expand educational opportunities, empower women, and strengthen underserved communities through sustainable, community-driven solutions.

Inspired by her late mother's compassion, resilience, and unwavering commitment to serving others, Dr. Effange founded the Ndome Foundation in 2020 with a vision of creating healthier, more equitable communities where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. The Foundation reflects her belief that meaningful change begins with listening, grows through partnership, and endures when communities are empowered to lead their own transformation.

With nearly two decades of experience in public health, healthcare, and health equity, Dr. Effange has led initiatives that improve access to care, strengthen community partnerships, advance chronic disease prevention, and address the social factors that influence health and well-being. Her leadership combines strategic vision, evidence-informed practice, and collaborative engagement to develop solutions that create measurable, lasting impact.
