The name Ndome, meaning sister, reflects the heart of our organization. It represents compassion, unity, and the belief that meaningful change begins when people care for one another. This spirit inspires everything we do and reminds us the stronger communities are built through service, partnership, and shared responsibility.

Inspired by the African philosophy of Ubuntu - "I am because we are" - we recognize that our well-being is deeply connected.
